Polyurea Polyaspartic ZR5210

Polyurea polyaspartic ZR5210 is a solvent-free, high-solid, low-viscosity polyaspartic resin specially designed for environmentally friendly coating systems. It can be formulated into coatings with a solid content as high as 100%.

  • It has high reactivity and can react with NCO-ended curing agents, such as HDI trimer, achieving surface dryness in 15 minutes, thus enhancing production efficiency.
  • The cured film demonstrates excellent gloss, leveling, and fullness, along with superior resistance to weathering, water, solvents, acids, alkalis, and salt spray.
  • ZR5210 has higher hardness with exceptional abrasion resistance (≤ 20 mg loss at 1000 cycles), as well as excellent adhesion to plastics such as ABS, PC, PVC, and various metals.
  • The resin is compatible with hydroxyl acrylic resins, CAB, and similar materials. It can be used to produce both elastic and rigid coatings and is widely applied in Spray Polyurea Elastic Coating (SPUA) systems as a primary resin and chain extender.
