Polyaspartic Ester ZR5335
Polyaspartic Ester ZR5335

Polyaspartic Ester ZR5335

Polyaspartic ester ZR5335 is a high-performance, solvent-free resin featuring secondary amino groups that readily react with polyisocyanates, making it ideal for the formulation of a wide range of high-solid or solvent-free coatings. Its low viscosity ensures easy handling and processing, facilitating smooth application even in high-solid formulations.

  • Compared to other polyaspartic esters such as ZR5210 and ZR5238, its reactivity is between the two, thus exhibiting better toughness.
  • ZR5335 has exceptionally high reactivity. When combined with NCO-terminated curing agents such as HDI Trimer, it reaches a touch-dry state within 20–30 minutes, significantly improving production efficiency.
  • The cured coating film has excellent fullness, leveling performance, and high gloss, excellent weather resistance, water resistance, solvent resistance, acid and alkali resistance, salt spray resistance, and other properties. It also has a hardness of up to 2H and excellent wear resistance.
  • It has excellent adhesion with ABS, PC, PVC, and other plastics and a variety of metals.
  • ZR5335 shows strong compatibility with most hydroxyl-functional acrylic resins and cellulose acetate butyrate (CAB), allowing seamless integration into diverse coating formulations.
